They require you take your shoes off and walk upstairs barefoot. The owner and the staff are all wearing sandals because they know the floor is dirty but they require me to take my shoes off. So that means when you walk up stairs and when you go to the bathroom you must be barefooted. If the stairs and hallways are not clean then what do you think the bathroom floor looks like? Also the guy at the reception didn't even offer to help carry my stuff upstairs. I would have refused his offer but it would have been nice for him to offer help. While I was complaining about my feet being dirty the owner was standing right there and she wouldn't even come over to apologize. I feel like this place doesn't value their customers so I suggest you go elsewhere.

It’s near but not as near as you may think to the airport (be aware taxis for early morning flights are expensive, even with GRAB and there’s usually a 6 am traffic jam) there are other hotels that are nearer and I found to be more convenient. The thing that REALLY irritated me about this place is that you have to give a security deposit of 200 for the key. This in itself isn’t a big deal but when you want to check out (remember most people will only stay due to its proximity to the airport) you don’t want to be kept WAITING for the staff to take AGES to check the room. Why they want to check a room with just a bed and a fridge in it is beyond me. ALSO as the doors SLAM when closed why not have a sign asking guests to close them quietly? I spent money on this hotel for a disturbed 3 hour sleep. Look for slightly more expensive options nearer the airport and get a good night’s sleep. (I didn’t)
