We payed for the deluxe room with outside view and did not get it. We immediatly complained about it and the staff was saying we can take the bed in the room without windows or go away. They did not even gave us toilet paper, we had to ask multiple times untill the staff unwillingly gave us toilet paper. The bed was about to collaps, so we dicided to just sleep and get out of there as soon as possible. As we tryed to sleep a loud noise occured every 10 seconds. In the morning I discovered some bites from insects or something else... Its the worst place I have ever been too. It seems to me like a scam, cause as we sayed to the staff that nothing looks like in the pictures, they laughed about it. Happy to be out of this place.
