    Of course it is not a Mandarin Oriental or The Dorchester, but if you are realistic and just want value for money and proximity to airport then this is it. It is great that you can check in very late, and that they even go to trouble of providing nice buffet breakfast for you. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating, contrary to a couple other reviews I saw on here, I saw zero problem and would happily stay again.

    Cheap yet everything you need is here. The staffs are very accomodating as well.

    Owner is so grumpy and he doesn’t care about customer service, also kinda racist. The facilities in the room are kinda old and there was no hairdryer. There is no elevator and the staffs who helped us with the luggages were kind. but all in all it was a bad experience.
