I had the top room and it was clean, spacious and quiet. I enjoyed seeing the monkeys and peacocks throughout the day. The family was absolutely lovely and took great care of me- they really made the place. It’s located not far from the beach and away from the busy road of downtown Ahangama

1. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is designed in western style and much better than most apartments of the same price on the southern shore of SL. 2. It is located in a beautiful tropical village. From the balcony (very spacious, with a table and armchairs) I enjoyed monkeys playing, as well as peacocks, squirrels, etc. 3. The mattress is quite comfortable.

1. The internet here is very poor. Both SLT and Dialog carriers worked slowly and inconsistently. We paid for the wifi, but it wasn't better. Besides, I have some doubts about the cost for it. It seems to me that the owners were using it as well. 2. The location is beautiful, but distant from beaches (though the ocean isn't far) as well as from restaurants. Here you definitely need a scooter to get to Ahangama. Tuk-tuks aren't cheap. 3. Some kitchen utensils are present, but definitely not enough for a long stay. 4. The price doesn't seem fair for that time of year. Eventually we managed to find a much bigger 3-bedroom apartment in the center of Weligama for a better price.

Room was grеat, privatе bathroom and kitchen. Room has both AC and fan. Hosts are great!

Very friendly and helpful owners, free tea around the clock, huge room and terrace, fridge and kitchen prep area to make your own breakfast. 10 minute walk to Kabalana beach or rent a bicycle from the property. Good wifi.
