The location is excellent. 6 min from the hustle and bustle of town! The waterway is quiet and peaceful, the villa is nestled in a cinnamon plantation.
The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. The kitchenette has a gas hob, kettle and small fridge.
There is no restaurant on the premise but the main drag is 6min by tuk tuk which is easy to arrange.
As the property is very new a few small touches are needed. A dish rack and rubbish bin would be handy.

Good new place, everything new.
No privacy, some “security” ( old guy) live in opposite and is always there.
Hi is coming to take a shower behind your place ….🤔
