È un bellissimo casale ristrutturato con attenzione ed eleganza. Il monolocale è spazioso ha tutti i comfort.
Il monolocale ha un’unica grande vetrata che affaccia sulla zona di passaggio del giardino e sulla zona dove tutti possono mangiare all’aperto e ci si sente un po’ in vetrina, occorre sempre chiudere le tende. Villa in campagna e il paese più vicino è Grado che non è affatto attraente. Potrebbe essere messa a disposizione degli ospiti una lavatrice anche a pagamento.
