About this cottage rental
The HOUSE OF DOWN (three trisqueles) has on the ground floor a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with television, DVD, fireplace and double sofa bed. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, and two rooms: one double, and another one with two single beds. Outside there is a large garden with children's play area, equipped terrace, barbecue and work sink; and a hórreo under which enjoy your leisure time.
The hórreo is prepared with a small living room, with sofa-bed, bathroom and television.
The maximum capacity of the house is 7 people.
For people who want to occupy the hórreo increases the price of the house in € 20.
Activities
Near our environment you can go to visit the Monteagudo recreational area, with views of the mouth of the Nalón River, hiking trails and grills for picnics.
Apart from the mountain, there are beautiful beaches, with Aguilar as the most outstanding for its services, its clear waters and its soft sand ... Without leaving aside the extraordinary coastal route, recently inaugurated, which runs through our beaches and is easy to travel.
At 3 km from us is San Esteban de Pravia, a town known for the mouth of the Nalón River, where we can do all kinds of water activities: canoeing, boat trips along the Cantabrian coast, enjoy its saltwater pools, etc. .

Nos ha encantado la casa, la atención de la propietaria. La ubicación está también muy bien porque hay muy poca distancia entre los pueblos. En definitiva un fin de semana genial, para repetir.

Hemos pasado una semana y la verdad que nos vamos encantados. la casa perfecta en todos los sentidos. bien equipada tanto en cocina como en el resto de instalaciones, el entorno ideal, a cinco minutos del mar y con muy buen acceso por autopista casi hasta el mismo pueblo. Ha sido un placer y seguro que repetiremos, gracia por tu amabilidad Marisol, un abrazo. Eva y Javi.
