Cozy old farmhouse near Reiteralm.

Nice old farmhouse close to Reiteralm. Nice views and sunshine on the balcony until 15:10 in the mid-February. Skiroom and facilities to dry your equipment. Enough parking place. Very friendly cat welcoming you every day:)

You need to drive to the slopes. No way one can walk with ski boots to the lifts. Pillow could be better.

Excellent for families

We occupied the 2 biggest appartments with 4 families with small children. Warterhof provided us with everything advertised and needed, and with more. The rooms were modestly but nicely equipped, clean, comfortable, we didn't miss anything. The kitchen had all the basic equipement, enough for cooking for our large group. We appreciated the big common living room, fitting us all. There are plenty of toys for kids outdoors. We parked our cars easily, together with other guests, just in front of the Hof. But the biggest deal was the Sommerkarte, with an infinite number of places to go for all kinds of groups, especially with kids. Out of the dozen different places I was at with kids, Warterhof was one of the nicest. The host even offered delivery of fresh bakery in the mornings. Very hospitable ane helpful. Spoke very good English and endured our broken German, too.

Very weak wifi signal, I would recommend installing a repeater or two to get better coverage - we didn't come to spend time online, but just planning all the places to visit around Schladming consumed plenty of data :) In July there are plenty of flies, which is, however, most normal, given the animals living nearby and on the grounds.

Good value!

Everything was really great exept wifi so if that is important for your stay prepare some other solution. It is nice and, peaceful, short driving distance to various skiing areas (Schladming, Obertauern,Flachau). The apartment was comfortable, warm, good beds, sufficiently equipped. Recommended.

Very poor

The pluses of this place are the beautiful surroundings and views. However, it can be admired from another apartment.

This place cannot be called pet friendly. Owners hostile and suspicious towards dogs and extreme prices for animals (20 euros per day!). It was a huge surprise for us, because booking informed about half the price. We do not recommend this place for dog owners. In addition, the apartment has quite old kitchen equipment, and the accessories lacked such things as a sponge for washing dishes or extra garbage bags.

Wonderful place

The place was wonderful. You are out of the city, around you have animals (cows, horses, cats). Beautiful view. Mountains all around. The flat was very big and clean and the sauna area was grate too.

The hosts don't know english, except their daughter. So if you don't know German you will have just smile contact:)

Atmosféra je velmi domácká a milovníky zvířat potěší přítomnost zvířat, zejména kočičky jsou velmi přítulné.

Trochu starší a majitele mluví jenom německy což občas vedlo k nedorozumění.

Krásné prostředí, moc milí lidé, příroda a klid. Na statku jsou také zvířata, které si děti mohou pohladit.

V prázdninovém domečku není wifi, ale vyřešil jsem vlastním hotspotem. Vybavení kuchyně je skromnější - příbory a talíře jsou přesně na počet ubytovaných, takže je po každém jídle musíte hned umýt.

Gezellige, fijne en gastvrije plek!

Het is een perfecte locatie om de streek te ontdekken in de zomer, dichtbij de skiliften in de winter. De familie is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Goede bedden, ruim, schoon, fijne ruime badkamer en ook de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding! Wij gaan terug :)

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen...Als ik dan een minpuntje moet noemen... er is geen echt lekkere comfortabele zitplaats. In de woonkamer staan bankjes (wel met kussens) aan de eettafel, een lekkere zitbank om in weg te zakken en te ontspannen, ontbreekt.

Einfache Unterkunft auf dem Bauernhof, Betten sind bequem, Küche zweckmäßig, für kleine Gerichte ist alles da, ein paar Autominuten vom ersten Lift entfernt, Gastgeber waren nett Skikeller und Parkplatz vorhanden

Fantastische week gehad in Warterhof met prachtig uitzicht.

Locatie was geweldig! Genoeg ruimte in accommodatie en genoeg parkeerruimte. Skikelder aanwezig met schoendrogers. Ook mochten we skionderhoud plegen.

Keuken tikkie gedateerd. Voor de rest wel alles aanwezig. Maar fornuis zou ik toch vervangen voor inductie. De kookplaten blijven lang warm na gebruik.

Wunderbarer Skiurlaub in einem urigen Bauernhaus!

Wir waren zu fünft in einer Ferienwohnungfür 6 Personen im zweiten Stock, welches dank derguten Aufteilung ausreichend groß war. ( für die 6 e Person gibt es ein Stockbett und am Tisch könnte es eng werden). Die Lage zum 4 Berge Skischaukel ist ideal und sehr ruhig. Frau Warter ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Der Warterhof ist ein altes, uriges Bauernhaus, mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet und einem schönen Saunabereich. Das Skigebiet hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen, die Pistenverhältnisse waren trotz hohen Temperaturen Anfang März ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten 5 wunderbare Skiurlaubstage und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Einzig in der Küchenaustattung könnte man einiges verbessern: Messer schleifen, es fehlen Schäler, eine Schere , ein Schwamm und noch einige Mülltüten . Wenn man vorhat zu kochen, sollte man Öl und Gewürze mitnehmen. Im Bad und in der Sauna gibt es kein Shampoo und kein Duschbad, nur flüssige Seife. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten!

Tolle Unterkunft für Skifahrer

Familie Warter hat uns freundlich und herzlich Empfangen und war jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Unsere Wohnung war sauber, hatte viel Stauraum und es war alles da was wir brauchten. Brötchenservice, Sauna, kurze Wege zur Reiteralm... für uns zum Skifahren eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt und hatten eine gute Zeit.

Winziges Manko (wir wussten es vorher und für uns war es kein Problem) das WLAN war nicht überall in der Wohnung vorhanden.
