Complejo Las Olas

The apartment is very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the sea. It has everything you need during the stay. There is a convenience shop right outside the apartment, and plenty restaurants and shops nearby. It is located about 15 mins' walk to Yumbo centre, and 5 mins' walk to the nearest beach Playa de Ingles. A direct bus from the airport too. The host Diego is very friendly, who met us on the arrival and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!

Road noise was the only small issue

Goeie service, mooi en schoon apartement met alles erop en eraan. 3 zwembaden (1 verwarmd/1onverwarmd/1kinderbadje) Ook waren er 2 pooltafels en van dinsdag-zondag kun je eten en drinken bestellen bij de poolbar. Je bent zo op het strand, Kasbah CC is qqn de overkant van de straat en ook de bushalte is gelijk voor de ingang.

Bovenste verdieping en geen trap. Na 22.30 moesten we via de hoofdingang wat een heel stuk omlopen was. Badkamer was erg klein.

We stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed it. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location couldn’t be better—close to bars, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The complex itself is fantastic, with two main pools (one slightly heated), a kids’ pool, and plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar and restaurant were a great bonus, open all day with a friendly atmosphere. Our host, Diego, was genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay. The balcony view was brilliant, and the air conditioning kept the place comfortable even on hot days. This is a lovely apartment in a great location with top facilities. Would definitely recommend—and we’d happily stay again.

A couple of small downsides: the apartment is on the 4th floor with stairs only, which we knew in advance, but it meant some friends couldn’t easily visit. The shower floor was a bit slippery (we brought our own mat), and the bed was a little firm for our liking.
