We stayed in the Las Olas Apartment for 11 days, and it was a truly brilliant experience. The apartment is cosy, convenient, spotlessly clean, and has everything — and even more — than you might need. There were four of us, and the space was just perfect. There are two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, each with its own wardrobe. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with an oven, large fridge, toaster, complete set of dishes and cookware — all clean and pleasant to use. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is very handy. The living room isn’t big, but it’s more than enough to relax comfortably. One of our favourite spots was the spacious balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, where we enjoyed our meals with a beautiful view of the palm trees and the swimming pool. The apartment also has a hairdryer, iron, and fans, which made our stay even more comfortable. A huge thank you to Gloria, who was always ready to help in any situation. Communication with her was pleasant, easy, and every response came immediately. She really made the experience even better. Location: it’s hard to imagine a better one! The beach is just a 5-minute walk away (and what a beach — golden sand, gentle entry into the ocean, clear water, and sometimes even lovely waves). Local shops are on every corner, including one inside the complex, Lidl is 15 minutes away, and a pharmacy is just 3 minutes away. Within the complex, there’s a swimming pool (including a children’s pool) and a café/bar. You’ll also find several restaurants nearby and plenty more along the promenade. The beaches are perfect — sandy, with the option to rent sunbeds and umbrellas (two sunbeds + umbrella cost from €7.50 to €9 per day depending on the beach). Or you can simply relax on your own towel. There’s even a lovely shaded area under the trees, perfect for hiding away when the sun gets too hot. The famous Maspalomas Dunes are also close — just a 15-minute leisurely walk along the seashore.

Everything was perfect!

Puedes ir a las Dunas de Maspalomas caminando, si no quieres caminar durante un poco... puedes optar por la Playa del Ingles que está súper bien. Hay muchas zonas de restauración y supermercados cerca. Por la parte del piso... inmejorable, perfecto para 4 personas, cuenta con todas las necesidades básicas.

Todo fue muy positivo

La ubicacion esta bien , el apartamento bien pero necesita una mejora.

No me gusto que hasta que llegamos a la puerta de la urbanización.. luego el dueño me pregunta si recibi el codigo para recoger las llaves ( algo que el sabe que no lo hizo) y me lo mando cuando ya estaba en la puerta de recepción. Luego el de mantenimiento nos grito por caminar a traves de la piscina ( algo que el dueño de la casa nos recomendo ) las camas super duras , almohadas super malas. El baño huele a tubería.
