Parking podziemny, winda, niebanalny wystrój apartamentu, komunikacja z administratorem obiektu.
Widok z tarasu na…budynek.

Na plus parking podziemny i lokalizacja i niestety to wszystko.
Na minus: baaaardzo miękki materac, mrówki na blacie w kuchni i podłodze i nie były to 2-3 mrówki tylko z 20… kolejna rzecz drzwiczki ze zmywarki spadające mocno na nogi jakby sprężyna je ciągnęła w dół- bardzo niebezpieczne należy natychmiast naprawić. Łazienka: drzwiczki z prysznica po prawej stronie nie otwierają się, uszczelki do wymiany żółte i popękane, framuga napuchnięta od wody, blat przy umywalce zniszczony, kran lata-należy dokręcić. Widoku na góry brak. Suszarka do włosów działa 5 sekund i się wyłącza.
