Amazing views, 🏔️ stunning interior design, great proximity to shops, 🛍️ Polish Mountain nature feel with modern amenities, Great value for money. 💰 SCARY one lane mountain road to get down there with minimal instructions but fine if your driver isn’t afraid. 🚙 Apartment 16(ground apt). 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large kitchen & living room, seats 6 comfortably, provided infant chair & bed at no cost) has outdoor grill and seating.

- Has minimal instructions on how to get to your apartment (horrifying when you’re about to fall off a cliff and have no idea where to go)😅🫠. Wish there was more check in/check out instructions & a front desk. - EXTREMELY STEEP mountain roads, if you are a nervous driver or afraid of heights this is NOT for you. 0% chance I would stay in the winter. - They overbooked the apartment we rented and put us in two other kinds as we saw people in ours.Luckily the last one was bigger than was we expected after we complained. Staff was kind and luckily were able to put us in a bigger unit. No front office though. May be challenging for non-Polish speakers as even we had issues as natives. - If you have limited mobility(children, handicapped, a lot of luggage)this is NOT for you. A lot of challenging stairs depending on the unit.

Everything was amazing the view the room it is the best place I have ever stayed for this price highly recommended!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Osada Gubatówka. The property offers excellent amenities, including a relaxing sauna and a hot tub. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains. Highly recommend

Top floor which you need to use tight stairs + bags The interior design looks beautiful but it was at the cost of space which was annoying. You cannot take a shower while standing
