Great location, reasonably clean, surprisingly quiet. A bit tricky to find at first. Very friendly host.
Rock hard mattress (although I've read other reviews that say that's typical of Taiwan, it has not been our experience), the bathroom wall only extends 2/3 of the way to the ceiling, there are hand towel sized bath towels, there's no refillable water source (though plastic bottles are provided), the comforter is more suitable for colder weather (way too hot for us), no TV or WiFi (which wasn't an issue for us, but might be for some). The stairs are very steep - again, it wasn't an issue for us, but if you have limited mobility or super heavy luggage it might be.

Nice host. Affordable and clean.
Hearing loud footsteps above. Photos of the area need updated to help find it, but I still located the building okay.
