We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect to two adults and two kids. We gave the kids the upstairs and slept down on the pull out bed which was the best pull out couch we’ve ever slept on. And so easy to open and close! The location was fantastic and the apartment has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Felt safe also. We hope to be back!

The location is amazing and the price is right. Nadia was exceptional and so accommodating and helpful. The loft bed was cozy. Cute view of the Eiffel Tower and walkable to everything. The couch had crumbs on it. They do need new sheets and a new duvet for the couch pull out comforter. They also need new towels-and I would suggest white so that you can bleach them. Also the fridge smelled like vinegar. The shower is super tiny so if you are bigger than 5’9 and 170lbs, you will struggle. Also the water pressure isn’t that strong. You have to leave the window open to put a hose out to use the air conditioner and it is really noisy with the window open, but quiets when it is closed. The fan upstairs was so nice.You can’t beat the location, size and price. The mini kitchen was nice too. It is up 2 flights of stairs-which is ok to pull up a carry on.

Loft St. Germain was exactly as advertised on the site. It was a modern/contemporary living space in a charming older building. Located right across the street from the offices of Balenciaga, less than a block from le Bon Marche, le Epicurean, multiple supermarkets, brasseries and boulangeries, as well as fresh fruit vendors and the Vaneau metro, we could not ask for more.

This loft is very well situated, close to metro station, grocery store and bakery/shops. Very far from all key things to do in Paris; need to take metro everyday. Since the metro is very close, the downfall is you hear it every 10-15 min & feel a bit the vibration
(For the light sleepers, would not recommend)
No sheets in bed, just duvet. Situated on second floor of building, no lights in hallways/stairs. Difficult to make out stairs at night. Outside garbage bins left at from door of building every night. Very exciting to see Eiffel Tower (top part) from the window. Air ventilation not great, feeling stuffy
All in all, ok place to stay for the price but with a few downfalls
