Nice place which worked fine for two families with teenagers.

The house was cozy and comfortable. Rooms were clean and the pillows in the beds were the best!

It would have been nice with a living room with a sofa. The property only have chairs and wooden seating. No place to sit and relax other than the beds.

An incredible Christmas time was made for us thanks to this lovely and fairytale-like house.

The house was like in a fairytale! Very cosy house, the kids loved it and we shall definitely come again. The owners are extremely nice and easy to reach at any time.

Fabulous house and location

Spotlessly clean, really comfortable beds, great shower and really well equipped. Loved the small town feel and the age of the building. Great location for getting to the places we wanted to go and some fab walks from the house too. Helga was lovely and really helpful. Great place for both summer and winter too we would imagine. Will definitely be back as we only scratched the surface of this amazing area.

Was a little closer to the main road than expected, but was not a major issue. Lighting in the kitchen was a little dim.

Schönes Ferienhaus in klassischem Osttiroler Stil

Sehr schöne Hütte, uhrig und ruhig. Gut finde ich dass die Vermieter nicht alle verbliebenen Lebensmittel (Salz, Pfeffer, Mehl, Zucker etc.) der Vormieter wegwerfen. Es wird eine wirklich gute und ausreichende Grundausstattung bereitgestellt (Toilettenpapier, Zewa,, Müllbeutel etc.). Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt kann man einen Aufenthalt empfehlen wobei ich die Maximalbelegung auf 6 - 7 Personen empfehlen würde. Die Lage ist super, 10 Min. zum Skigebiet Matrei (mit dem Auto), ein Skibus ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Der Ort Virgen ist lebendig, es gibt Restaurants, Bauernläden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ADEG Supermarkt).

Die Heizung ist in den Räumen nicht selbst regulierbar, was ich inakzeptabel finde. In manchen Räumen ist es sehr warm in machen Räumen zu kalt. Das regulieren mit dem Vermieter funktioniert begrenzt. Es gibt leider auch nur eine Dusche (wie beschrieben) der Wasserbäuler reicht knapp für 6 Personen. Personen 7/8 müssen nach einem Skitag kalt duschen. Ich für meinen Teil hatte übersehen dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt was bei 8 Personen schon aufwändig ist. Leider gab es keinen Skikeller (zum trocknen).

Sehr gutes Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr schön eingerichtete Hütte mit Liebe zum Detail. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Abwicklung mit Check in und Check out war sehr unkompliziert. Echt empfehlenswert!

Es sind Heizpanele vorhanden, die großteils ausreichend heizen. In der Küche war es jedoch eher zu kühl.

Das Haus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht! Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet 🥰

Der Parkplatz vorm Haus war für 2 Autos sehr eng , konnten schlecht rausfahren ( ein Reifen wurde beim rausfahren an der Mauer durch einen spitzen Stein beschädigt)

Charmantes und uriges Ferienhaus für Liebhaber nostalgischer Hüttenatmosphäre in zentraler Lage in Virgen und optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Schlafzimmer waren gut und ruhig.

Einiges an der Ausstattung sollte wieder auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden. Die Heizung trocknet nicht. Schönheitsreparaturen sind auch fällig.

Een perfect huisje in een prachtige omgeving way met het heerlijke weer helemaal tot zijn recht kwam

het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en had ruim voldoende ruimte om ieder een eigen plek te krijgen We hadden een goed ingerichte keuken waar we goed konden koken en alle benodigde spullen en ingrediënten aanwezig waren

eigenlijk weinig alleen het was wat lastig om goed te koken met de pannen die een wat mindere anti aanbak laag hadden Verder hebben we gelukkig niets aan te merken

Dies ist ein wunderschönes Haus in einer malerischen Lage. Das Haus war sauber. Das Haus hat zwei Parkplätze. Das Haus hat alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Wir hatten eine sehr nette Korrespondenz mit den Gastgebern, in der sie uns über alle notwendigen Details für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt informiert haben.

Die Bauernhausatmosphäre, die gemütliche Einrichtung, Heizung hat perfekt funktioniert. Schöne Schlafzimmer und stabiles Internet.

Das Haus ist rundum zugebaut (Wussten wir aber schon vorher.) Fehlende Ablagefläche in der Küche. Der Parkplatz ist selbst für einen Geländewagen eine Herausforderung. Mit den drei Mängeln konnten wir aber leben.
