Only had it once, we like to explore the area we are in. Helpful on our last day as we had to catch a bus. Bonus was the carnival parade went by our hotel 2 days in a row. The staff really tried to help us with our lack of Spanish we got our messages across with google translate.
noisy till 10 pm due to roof top restaurant but did get quiet after that time. Room was a wee bit small. If you are claustrophobic request room with balcony. My window opened into the hallway.

It was clean and spacious. A bit out of the centre but we like walking and exploring so that was not a problem. Huge comfortable bed with fresh white linen. Liked that some basic kitchen items were left for our convenience - oil, salt, coffee etc. Staff very friendly.
Has an extremely squeaky bathroom door (hinges) that I had asked if someone could see to but was overlooked plus the smell from the bathroom drain quite unbearable. No place to hang bathroom towels or toiletry bags.

The ease of walking and the old centre. The firm, comfortable bed, good pillows, fresh white linen, good room service and cleanliness throughout the whole property. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shower good - finally some water pressure!
On a very noisy road and the interior of the hotel which is very open and of only hard materials means that every noise reverberates. Glad that we didn’t get the room we thought we booked which had a small balcony ON THE STREET SIDE. Would’ve been even noisier!

Every creature comfort was provided for including a bath robe which i fashioned around the room. The hotel was clean and very organized. The breakfast meal was perfect and well executed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
If you are booking on this application, do not book the lower value rooms as you will spend the night in an echo chamber. Any noice, any noice from the front door, restaurant on the first level and/or conversations taking place on the second level lounge will fill your room. Bring ear plugs if you are staying in the lower rooms, not sure what it is like up a level, but i think it would be quieter. The reason for this is that all the walls reflect the sound, and there is no attempt to baffle the sound, This was a serious discomfort.

We stayed here during Día de Muertos. This property was really great value for money. Central location, very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. At night, there was a security guard at the entrance, making us feel very safe.

Decent location with strong WiFi (347D/246U), decent bed and kettle in the room.
Loud with traffic noise until 10 pm. Shower lacked pressure and sufficient heat.

Very centric and nice location, close to an amazing coffee place.
Room with no ventilation, noisy from the street and only cold water.

Excellent location, a short walk from the centre but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. We arrived early so the luggage storage service was helpful. There was fresh fruit and toast for breakfast each morning, which was nice. Aircon in the room, bed was comfy enough - the room was small but comfortable enough for a short stay (we only stayed for 2 days). Good WiFi connection in our room (which wasn’t the same for all our stays in Mexico!)
Our bedroom didn’t have any natural light, this was fine for 2 nights but I probably wouldn’t have liked for longer. There wasn’t any windows to outside which meant we probably had a quieter room, but I also think this contributed to a bit of mould on the bathroom ceiling. Luckily our neighbours were quiet but you can hear quite well into the corridor.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean. It is walking distance from everywhere, and the coffe next door is great!!!!
We rented 2 rooms and they did accommodate us to be together.
There is no soundproofing, so I was woken up on several occasions by people talking (not shouting) , by alarms, by the people arriving late.
My bed was very hard, but my friends bed was very comfy

Good pillows, beautiful room. Very kind staff.
Very bright.... but maybe just my door because it was near a hall light that stayed on and the door has some glass in it.

Walking distance from the best part of town, though it’s not right smack in the middle of the best part. Nice staff.
Very small room with no exterior window, though generally clean, not exactly luxurious or conducive to anything other than sleeping. but there was a cute bar restaurant on the roof, though I didn’t eat there. It looked great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (and patient with my poor Spanish).
The room i was in behind breakfast room was noisy from the street and bright lights into the room. Ask for a room upstairs. Thats better!

I loved the location, it was so close to the zocalo. I also really liked the restaurant up stairs in the Terraza. Included continental breakfast. Staff very friendly. Excellent stay.
The bed was ok but worth the price and location. Some people complained about the noise but it didn’t really bother me.

The location is pretty central, the staff are pretty nice, and the room is quite clean.
The room is quite small and it was quite noisy, since we are at the room right next to the stairs and breakfast area, we could hear the staff preparing breakfast sound in the morning. The water pressure was not enough for us, took a bit of time to get used to it, but that might not be a problem for those who don't mind the water pressure being somehow small.

Great location, attentive staff, clean room with all necessary amenities.
The only very minor issue is that you could still hear the noise from the Terraza restaurant from our bedroom, but it stopped early enough that it didn't disturb our sleep.

Location on walking distance from centre plaza en markets
Very small room with a Window fading the hallway. So that could not be used as window

Comfortable bed with white sheets ☺️ decent shower!
Couple of not too good things:
Noise from street, the room we stayed on the weekend, besides the traffic, ia loud music from bars around the hotel, also a restaurant upstairs until 10:00 PM 🫤
What in the world this cute hotel serves a so babreakfast?!!
Cold coffee at 8:30, the most average wcheap store brand bread?!!!! Oaxaca has many great bakeries very close to the hotel! Old fruit and some spoiled pineapple juice! Old granola … really the worse so far from anywhere we stayed in the past years.
Just don’t offer it!
We wouldn’t stay here again, could not sleep, even with the white noise on … also a persistent dog barking!
Breakfast!
Street noise and loud music playing until late!

The staff was very friendly. The receptionist stored our luggage and informed her replacement of our pick up time. The rooms were clean and there were blackout curtains to block out the hall light. The location was great as it was close to many things and wasn't noisy.
Just a few minor things: The bathroom window faced the staircase so you could hear the people on the terrace. There were no instructions on how to set the code on the safe so we weren't able to use it. The breakfast was very basic with some fruit, yogurt, juice, cheese, ham and bread.

Great location close to Zócalo. Comfortable and clean. Professional staff. Nice view from terrace restaurant (I didn't eat there so no opinion on value).
Complementary breakfast was skimpy. Papaya (yum) and watermelon with yogurt and granola, coffee and orange juice. Room price value was good for a couple nights but a little high for a week long stay

Great location and good breakfast.
Room depressing with no windows.

The hotel is close to everything. so, easy access to all what you want to see. For amounts Alban you need to walk some blocks to take the tourist bus. But, no problem.
I booked this hotel for the location and the room top bar and seating area. Unfortunately this was under construction and it looks it will take a while. They might have put this in the reservation that this was not available. The rooms had anything you need but small and no outside window.

this tiny little place is in the middle of the center, best option for couple of days.
they had some construction on the roof, preparing the kitchen or so… and after 2 days of noise we got informed, Sorry for the etc… they could have say in advance at least… so no siesta in these time or rooftop chill.
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel is very centrally located and includes most of the amenities any traveler to Oaxaca looks for, including visually appealing decor, friendly and helpful staff with diverse tour offerings, filling breakfast, and a very popular rooftop restaurant with views of the city center and Guelaguetza auditorium. The hotel is small, with only 10 rooms, therefore the service is very quick and personalized, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was filling and decent in terms of variety and service. There were ample, albeit light, options including fruit, yogurts, juices, bread, pastries, and cereals. It was served from about 8 - 10 AM, with the staff often working with guests to accommodate those with early tour departures (i.e., 7:30 AM)
The hotel is on a very noisy street, which is normal in central Oaxaca City, therefore it is to be expected; However, there is a terrace restaurant on the third floor, with access stairs passing directly by the guest rooms, which makes for a very noisy, brightly light, and sem-unsafe environment between at least 1:00 - 11:00 PM. The hotel has many cameras and on-site staff, therefore, safety may not be much of a concern, however, noise and stair/hallway lighting is even for the indoor rooms. We recommend this hotel for night owls, those traveling with earplugs and sleeping masks, or encourage light sleepers to seek other accommodations.

The room was always very clean :) .
The bed was large, the water was always hot & you get air condition and a large offer with TV programs. Great location down town.
Very friendly staff.
Check not to get the room back the dining room, it's noisy.
Breakfast time could start at 07:30 or earlier the tours pick up is usually before 8 am.

We were happy with the location. They had a good spread for there continental breakfast. We do not eat breakfast, but we do drink coffee and it was fresh and delicious every morning.
I also want to give a shout out to Daniella, she was super helpful, very professional, and always did with such great attitude and smile!!! Great Job!!
We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

The rooftop terrace dining and open kitchen offered outstanding, cozy ambience, a good bar, excellent staff, and very good (albeit limited menu items) food indeed! Breakfast at 8a had lots of different fruits, whole grain cereals, (so-so) coffee, fresh orange juice, tasty meat&cheese tidbits, and fresh pastries..all very good, as were the dining staff!
long time to get warm water in two of the three rooms we occupied over those 5 days; no help for it, the street is busy with car & truck traffic ~14hrs a day..one gets used to it.

good location, bed was good.
it was noisy- morning, evening as well, and no window to outside. Breakfast, limited english speaking.
