La ubicación, las vistas desde la terraza y la piscina. El apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila con buenos servicios y buena comunicación.
La falta de almacenamiento para ropa, ya que hay un solo armario donde no se podía colgar la ropa porque estaba lleno de sabanas, mantas y toallas descolocadas. El apartamento está algo anticuado, tendría que mejorarse la iluminación del dormitorio y salón y el cuarto de baño, tiene una bañera antigua.

Locatia e superba, iar balconul si peisajele minunate. E grozav sa te trezesti dimineata avand privelistea oceanului in fata.
Parcarea e un cosmar. Sunt foarte multe maasini parcate si e extrem de greu sa gasesti loc. Era bine daca ar fi existat o parcare dedicata cazarii.

Le calme, la propreté et la vue de l'appartement. De plus, un supermarché était juste en face de la résidence donc très pratique.
Un parking pas très loin pour garer la voiture.
Rien, tout était correct.
