Lokalizacja , brak problemu z parkingiem, widok, bliskość oceanu, układ pomieszczeń, wygodne łóżka, urządzenie lokalu.
Kuchnia mogłaby być ciut lepiej wyposażona - nowsza patelnia, brakowało widelca ale to drobne sprawy do ogarnięcia . Brak parasola plazowego. Problem z odpływem wody w prysznicu.
