Dorset Nugget

The Dairy Manston is very much a 5 star delight in the midst of glorious Dorset countryside. It is incredibly spacious and thoroughly contemporary in its detail and facilities. Alexia and James are very welcoming and discretely on site across the large quadrangle. Everything you would expect is provided and also things you would not expect but hope for too, together with some generous surprises on arrival. If you have got as far as reading this press the book now button before someone else does. A superb find and totally relaxing. As a bonus the Plough Inn is just at the end of the drive, excellent food and very inviting.

Relaxing place especially lovely to share with friends!

Our stay at the dairy was wonderful! The accommodation is spacious and very comfortable. The log burner was useful to cheer up a couple of wet evenings. James was helpful showing us local walks across the fields. It is a lovely quiet position for visiting Sherborne, Kingston Lacy and surrounding area. We will definitely return!

Superb

We loved the quiet location, space and privacy that this property offers, especially in the current COVID circumstances. It was great to be able to return to such a relaxing location after a days sightseeing. The beds, pillows and settees are all very comfortable and the barn is very well equipped should you wish to do a lot of your own cooking, and immaculately clean. James and his wife met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. There is plenty to see and do within the immediate area and the coast is not too far away should you want to explore further. We were visiting family nearby so the location was perfect for us. We would definately return in the future if we were visiting Dorset again.

There was only one tiny thing - the main tv crackled a little from time to time, probably just a bad connection that could be easily rectified and this was mentioned to the owner on leaving.
