Excellent country home for large retreats or gatherings.

Everything. For anyone who lives a more urban, or even suburban life, arriving to this incredible country home with it's lovely thatched roof, sitting below the dyke at the North Sea, is like stepping back in time--when life was slow paced enough to just breathe in all the beauty around you. I recognized in the first day there that I could have stayed a month as a retreat for the soul. The house is very well furnished. The kitchen is fit for large gatherings, easily accommodating 20-30 people. Cooking there was the highlight of my short stay. The owner brought us a few large cabbages from her garden...so thoughtful and generous, and most appreciated. ❤ There is ample space in the house for a big group to stretch out and enjoy time with one another, without sitting on top of one another. The living room has a fireplace and wood was brought to the patio for us to use, if needed. The grounds are gorgeous, with patio furniture and outside seating overlooking a beautiful green pasture. I can't wait to return for a longer visit, and I highly recommend this home to others for larger family gatherings.

Ein sehr großzügig geschnittenes Haus mit vielen Schlafzimmern und einer großen Küche und Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Schön auch, dass Küche und Wohnzimmer direkt mit offener Wand aneinanderliegen, aber trotzdem separate Räume sind.

Perfekt boende för två familjer, det fanns möjlighet både att umgås och att dra sig undan. Rymligt och fräscht och omgivet av vacker natur. Sköna sängar som var bäddade vid ankomst. Handdukar fanns att låna. Trevlig värdinna som gav utflyktstips och svarade snabbt på meddelanden.

Unsere Hunde und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem großzügigen, modernen Ferienhaus. Große, gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick von Wohnzimmer und Terrasse über die angrenzenden Wiesen. In einigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den Deich für herrliche Spaziergänge. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war super. Ausreichend viel Platz, ruhige und schöne Lage. Toller und vor allem unkomplizierter Kontakt, sowie man es sich für einen Kurztrip wünscht.

Ich hätte mir einen Staubsauger gewünscht.

Man hat großzügigen Platz in schöner Natur, ist aber nicht abseits des Ortes.

Nicht abseits, aber weit genug in der Natur, wir hörten vom Haus aus den Kuckuck und hatten einen weiten Blick in norddeutsche Landschaft. Großzügige Wohn- und Schlafräume in gutem Zustand, wir haben gut geschlafen und uns wohl gefühlt auf den 2 Terrassen und im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. In der Küche ist eine gute Ausstattung, auch Spülmaschine.

Wir haben etwas nach dem Router gesucht ( hinter einem der Sessel), um WLAN aktivieren zu können.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar für ein Gruppentreffen geeignet. Alle Fragen konnten kurzfristig persönlich geklärt werden. Die Wohnung war vorgeheizt. Ein größerer Tisch wurde möglich gemacht.

Es hätten etwas mehr Lampen ,insbesondere für den nächtlichen leisen Flurgang sein können. Ansonsten alles tippitoppi

Großes Haus in toller Lage

Super Lage wenn man ruhige Natur und lange Spaziergänge schätzt. Sehr viele Betten, das Haus ist für große Familien oder kleine Gruppen geeignet. Sehr nette Vermieterin, unkompliziert und entspannt.

Keine Außenbeleuchtung am Haus. Man braucht eine Taschenlampe um bei Regen trockenen Fußes ins Haus zu kommen.
