Great location right in the centre, very comfortable and clean.

Only downside was that we didn’t receive our check in instructions until 2 hours after check in time, but the staff nearby let us in and were very kind and helpful!

Some comments have related negatively to restaurant that shares the internal courtyard. We didn't have any problems at all, they were quiet and friendly (when we happened to pass them in the entrance). There were no smells either...Overall, the stay was really good. Very clean, everything available and the host was on tap for all of our questions. Would stay again.

Very cosy. Excellent location. We loved the neighbourhood. The staff was very helpful with all our needs and enquires.

The curtains are transparent, and given we have the restaurant kitchen beside the bathroom, you feel that you dont have privacy

You're right in the centre of Vienna, walking distance both to a vibrant district with cool restaurants and shops and to the grand atmosphere of the centre. Staff at the restaurant next door were extremely helpful to hold our luggage after checking out.

The apartment was at the ground floor of the yard you see in the pictures. There was no light at all coming through the windows so you have to keep the lights on when you're in. You're right next to the kitchen of the restaurant which means you can't really keep the windows open as the smells are overpowering. With the windows constantly closed (plenty of signs to ask you to keep them open but who would want the smell of a kitchen coming through your windows?), there is obviously mold in the shower, which isn't great. The bed was right next to the boiler which is obviously noisy. The location probably compensated for all this but I wonder whether you can get something more airy at similar prices in the area. Worth a check! I feel I was a bit deceived by the photos with the cool interiors. I fell for it. But obviously photos won't tell you that you won't get any light at all at any point of the day and that you can't keep the windows open because of the smell!
