Super Zentrale Lage, vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Die vielen Restaurants und Bars im Spittelberg sind Gewinn und Fluch zugleich. Eigentlich ist es klar, wenn man über einer Bar oder Pizzeria wohnt. Dann schläft man erst nach Mitternacht… Ausstattung war schon gut. Das nahe Museumsquartier ist eine Ruheinsel.
Lärm bis 1:00 Uhr, bei schönem Wetter bis 3:00 Uhr. An die Straßenbahn gewöhnt man sich nach einem Tag.

Ubicación excelente que permite visitar a pie la mayor parte de puntos de interés de la ciudad. Muy cómodo para 4 personas. Muy bien equipado para poder hacer comidas en el apartamento.
Es una primera planta y a pesar de la doble ventana se oye mucho el tranvía que pasa por delante desde las 6:00am. Si tienes, sueño ligero puede ser un problema.

Location was great, close to metro station. Close to a great park.
Apartment was above a restaurant. Restaurant stayed opened till 3 am and was extremely noisy, impossible to sleep. Was not able to open windows due to noise and restaurant kitchen's smell. Restaurant's toilets were in the building entrance and smell in the corridor was extremely unpleasant.
