Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, und das Reinigungspersonal zeichnete sich durch besondere Höflichkeit aus. Die Qualität der Speisen war zufriedenstellend.

Die Wartezeiten am Buffet waren mitunter sehr lang, was gelegentlich zu Unmut führte. Meine Erfahrung mit "All Inclusive" war einmalig und wird nicht wiederholt, da sich das Speisenangebot gefühlt alle zwei Tage wiederholte.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub in einem tollen Resort

Das ganze Resort ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Die Unterkunft war geräumig. WLAN ebenfalls sehr stabil und gut.

Přeplněný hotel, kde si pohodu neužijete

Lokalita hotelu je moc pěkná a výhodou je, že je možné se projít i mimo rezort. V hotelu jsou převážně Rakušáci a Němci. Personál hotelu byl převážně ochotný a milý.

Toto ubytování má jednu obrovskou nevýhodu. A to je kapacita celého rezortu, která byla v našem termínu (2. týden v srpnu) absolutně nedostačující na počet hostů, hlavně v restauraci a u bazénu. Odhadem tam bylo o 30% hostů víc než byla kapacita zařízení. Konkrétně to znamenalo, že v restauraci hrajete každý den, každé jídlo, bojovku s dalšími hosty, kdo dřív urve uvolněný stůl. U večeře klidně čekáte 10min. Až se vám toto podaří, nemáte vyhráno, protože začíná druhá část bojovky - urvat si jídlo. Jedním slovem nedůstojné a nikdy víc. Našli jsme řešení alespoň pro snídaní, přijít na snídani do 7,30, u večeře nepomůže přijít ani brzy ani pozdě. Situaci u bazénu snad už nemusím ani popisovat. Drobnosti jako pokoj see view s výhledem do borovic nebo nějaké nežahající průhledné jelly plavající všude v moři už je oproti tomu jen detail. Takže pokud přímo nevyhledáváte davy a fronty, tak tento hotel velmi nedoporučujeme. Nám to kompletně zkazilo příjemný dojem z dovolené a určitě se sem nevrátíme.

A mediterrán világa a szállodának. Egyszerű épületek, gondozott szép kert és tiszta medencék, bőséges ételválaszték, gyönyörű tengerre néző kilátás. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Gyermekeknek is minden este zenés program van a medence mellett.

Es war schön.

Das Essen war sehr gut und toll angerichtet. Der Speisesaal war ebenfalls sehr schön.

Allerdings haben uns die VIELEN Hunde direkt im Speisesaal und auch direkt neben dem Buffet sehr gestört. Das muss wirklich nicht sein. Vor allem für Allergiker ein NO-GO!!! Die vielen Hunde und auch das laute Bellen der Hunde mitten in der Nacht.

Tolle Anlage, super freundliche Mitarbeiter, Angebot für Kinder einfach top. Wir waren als Familie da, alle waren begeistert. Beim Buffet ist für jeden etwas dabei, große Auswahl. Abendprogramm abwechslungsreich. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

In die Jahre gekommen, aber viel Potential zum erneuern, sehr tolles Essen und Lage

Essen war außergewöhnlich gut. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Viel Unterhaltung wird angeboten. Viel Schatten. In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit ein paar Neuerungen haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und genossen.

Zimmer war extrem kalt und wurde durch die schattige Lage nicht warm. Klimaanlage war bei Ankunft eingeschaltet. Wir brauchten Zusatzdecken beim Schlafen. Die Strände könnten sauberer sein, viel Müll und Seegras. Für Kosten von Liegen und Schirme sollte der Strand sauber sein. Am Aktivitäten Pool sollten die Strohschirme getauscht werden, die sind komplett kaputt und zerfallen. Komplett kaputte Schirme liegen im hinteren Bereich geworfen und sollten entsorgt werden, sieht nicht schön aus. Ebenso, alte rostigen Tische hinter der Rutsche oder die vielen kaputten Lichter am Boden für die Beleuchtung der Wege.

Viel Wald rundherum. Von außen wirkt es recht hübsch.

Das Meiste ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wenige Bereiche wurden erneuert. Habe mir für den Preis etwas anderes erwartet.

Ideal for families and dogs if they do this change

I liked the location and the food. Lots of different options for food.

We were considering taking our dog with us but when we saw that they ask 30 euro/day we changed our mind. With this kind of money you can leave the dog in a dog hotel, where it will be happier with other dogs. If it was 10 euro/day it would have been acceptable. Desserts were not that great, there were many types but sometimes one good, most of the times none. Better have less options but better.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt

Frühstück und Abendbüffet war sensationell gut und vielfältig. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und weitläufig mit unzähligen Spazierwegen. Auch der Poolbereich und die Poolbar ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal durchwegs freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Facilities are great, beaches nearby are beautiful. Good.programmes, diverse (water)sports opportunities. Nice and spacious lobby bar. Lovely family rooms with balcony on the sea side.

Shortage of tables at meals, huge crowd, (small) kids are allowed to help themselves. Long waiting lines before traditional dishes. Noisy restaurant. Enormous waste of food (painful to see). Soft drinks taste too artificial.

the pool deck could be cleaner, there are old stains on the ceramics on the floor, the lamps and the stone walls by the pools areas are covered in old dust, I noticed spider webs by the stairs in Casa Agava: general deep cleaning of outside property is lacking. probably because of covid closure it was not taken care/ cleaning cost budgeting was cut.

Great resort for the whole family!

Great facility for the all possible types of activities for all ages. We have stayed in the villa so we had the good size of the rooms and our privacy. The area is pretty big so everybody can find his favorite spot there.
