Very nice hotel!

- Very nice staff, always there to help you - Very nice smell of the hotel - The room was nice, warm, clean, the bed was comfy - The food in the restaurant was amazing, we really liked the choices in both (breakfast and dinner) - The pool is big, clean, warm - The location is perfect. The city center is just 10 min away by foot - There is also a lot of sport activitis that you can try - tennis, paddle, bike, valleyball, fitness...

A wonderful family experience with top facilities and very professional staff.

If you’re hesitating about booking this hotel, don’t waste any more time, it’s absolutely worth it, especially for families. I usually always find something to comment on, but honestly everything was great. From the room equipment and cleanliness to the kids’ playground facilities, the swimming pool, the food, and the staff, there was nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money, especially nowadays. I definitely recommend it and will come back soon! A special mention to Mr. Mario for his kindness and professionalism during the checkout.

Not for weekend getaway.

In house bar was nice.

Hallways and reception were in poor condition. Way too many people for a quiet stay. Spa section could not be used due to huge crowds of children and their parents. Massages could not be booked less than two days in advance. Someone came into our room (other guests) because the door could not close properly.

Great family hotel with amazing beach pool!

Great selection of food for Breakfast and dinner. Good quality food. Hotel Pool was great and lovely surroundings paths from the hotel to the beach - well kept. Beach pool was great and amazing views. Lovely walk from hotel to novigrad centre - Aprox. 15min. Indoor pool was large and ideal for swimming. Spa included (2 hours a day I think?).

Had to pay €38 for sun beds at the beach pool (which was discounted for hotel guests) for a family of 4. Is a public beach / pool area so can get busy. Water not included (tap) for dinner.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but the breakfast could use improvement menu was same .

The property is located right by the sea with shallow, rocky waters—we recommend bringing water shoes for safety and comfort. There's a lifeguard on duty, making it very family-friendly for children. All water activities are conveniently located nearby. While I can't speak for other guests' experiences, we were provided with a beach chair voucher that gave us complimentary access to two chairs and towels for our entire stay.

The air conditioning in our initial room didn't work properly—it never went below 25 degrees. Since the room didn't have a balcony and the AC vent was positioned far from the bed, we had a very uncomfortable first night. However, after we complained to the front desk, the staff moved us to another room with a balcony where the AC vent was located right next to the bed and worked much better.

Perfect family getaway

The food is amazing and there is a lot of choise. The staff is really friendly and the outside of the hotel is perfect for family time. If the weather is bad, the pool and indoor playground is also a big plus. This was out second time visiting and we will be back.

Decent

Food, good quality and clean room, close to the city, the entire hotel area offers plenty of things to do. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Water in the swimming pool was so cold that some kids couldn’t really use it, a bit sad especially when the swimming pool is actually nice. In the evenings the smell coming from A/C was awful. Also be aware that hotel guests will smoke almost everywhere, so it’s hard to enjoy fresh air even outside.

Recreational hotel with good facilities walking distance to town center.

Great beach in the neighbourhood, good enough space for all at the green area or on the seaside despite crowded high season hotel life. Great big size indoor swimmingpool. Well sound isolated rooms.

Superior room size was narrow, almost too small and the balcony size not too large as well. Evening live music which can be disturbing for people who prefer quite, but positive is at this ended 22:30, latest 23:00.

Not worth it

The location is very good. Buffet breakfast and dinner are decent. Most of the staff are friendly. Receptionist David is very professional and helpful.

The description about drinks during dinner is misleading. I booked half-board and I was surprised that I had to pay for the drinks at dinner time. The dates are applicable to buffet meals but in the text there is a complete sentence stating that drinks during dinner are included in the price of half-board. What's worse was the communication with the hotel. The women at the reception on Monday evening shift was outright rude. She read the text word by word without admitting that the hotel had provided misleading information. Same with the customer service Stephanie, who could only repeat the same text. The beach service was unclear with their pricing. We got the voucher for beach chair upon check-in. But once we were at the beach, the employees started to add 'details'. The voucher only covers two white plastic chairs, and the umbrella would cost 4 euro per day. The brown, beach chairs with fixed umbrella would cost 10 euro more. None of these were previously communicated and even the employees at the beach were not consistent with the extra charge. The room is too small for a family of three. We had an extra bed for our kid. There was no space to unpack a standard check-in suitcase. Moving around the room was difficult and it increased the risk of bumping on the corners, especially for children. A handyman with security entered our room without our acknowledgement. They knocked but didn't wait for even 3 seconds. It was a rainy afternoon and we were all in the room.
