Facilities for young children, toddlers and teens were fantastic. Pools and water activities were great. Evening entertainment every night was great too.

The food! Let down by the buffet as the food was often dry and meat chewy. The restaurants were delicious. If you’re using the buffet I recommend going for food that is cooked in front of you such as omelettes for breakfast, tuna steaks for lunch/dinner. There’s no laundry room to wash your own clothes so if you’ve got babies/young children and they get through a lot of clothes; you’ll need to wash them in the bathroom sink! They have a laundry service which is pricy.

The food was absolutely excellent, the pools are among the largest I have ever seen, and the children's program was excellent.

Be very careful with the concierge service that arranges island activities. It is a local tour operator that is poorly identified (it is not part of the hotel itself; it used to be Jumbo). We booked two island excursions. One was an absolute nightmare—we were constantly lied to, and it ended at a completely unsanitary location that, in my opinion, shouldn't even exist. We were forced to cancel the second excursion because of that experience. Something like this shouldn't happen at an excellent 5-star hotel. The hotel ought to take responsibility for the quality of the providers it allows to operate in its own lobby.

The room , pool , bar and kids activities were excellent. My children had a great time.

We book a suite for my husband and I and did not have a double bed but 2 singles beds for a couple ! we had to sleep seperately as a couple and that was a let dwon. we requested a double bed but was told it not possible.

So clean, beautiful building, nice shows

For the entire week, we were mostly served the same food. It was rare to find higher-quality options like beef steaks, and most of the meals felt very basic and inexpensive. We were allowed to reserve two restaurants during our one-week stay. We chose the Asian restaurant, which was very disappointing. In my own city in the Netherlands, I can easily buy a large portion of excellent ramen or wok noodles for around €20. Here, after paying €2,000 for a family of three, I was served a small bowl of wok noodles with very little meat, and it was extremely salty. Even the most affordable Asian restaurants usually prepare and serve much better food than this. The grill restaurant, however, was acceptable. In my opinion, the price does not match the quality of the food and dining experience. It feels like most of what you pay for is the clean and beautiful building rather than the food itself. The children daycare was good. And my daughter wanted to go again. The spa center, which requires an additional fee, was also disappointing. We booked a couple’s massage, but unfortunately we experienced pain for about a week afterward. The overall experience did not feel professional. In addition, we were not offered the option to take a shower afterward, and we were not provided with bathrobes. After the massage, we simply had to get up in a dark room and leave while our bodies were still oily, putting our clothes back on immediately. This made the experience feel uncomfortable and poorly organized.
