Palazzo della Loggia B&B

Top location in the historic centre of Naples, in an old palace. Friendly staff. Our room had a marvellous terrace with a nice view on Naples old town. Room and breakfast area were clean. Breakfast was nice. Our fridge was broken but the staff allocated us some space in their kitchen fridge, which was an adequate solution wince there was no replacement fridge available.

The hotel room was basically falling apart: broken shutter repaired with a piece of rope, multiple lights not working, fridge did not work (we especially booked a room with a fridge to store drinks). The bathroom was basically falling apart: the bidet and toilet were loose on the floor, the sink was loose on the table. The terrace was dirty with weeds up to 1m high growing between the stones. Bed mattress was worn. Conclusion: nicely decorated room, but poorly maintained: things that break are not repaired.

The location is 10/10. It is very close to the main streets, to the central station (for tours or trains). The room was clean and the staff were very kind. Rafaela helped us with the taxi back to the airport, allowed us to wash some clothes and was very nice and kind all the time! The breakfast was delicious with bread, eggs, yogurt, cereal, cheese and juices. I’d stay here again.

Breakfast selection was great, room was a very good size,.plenty of room with comfortable beds. It's in a great place for exploring the Spanish Quarter and Spaccanapoli.

Staff was great in helping us around and exolaining what to see/how to get there. Following the advice made our lives much easier in navigating Naples.

Breakfast could be from 7.30-10h as going for trips early would mean skipping breakfast but we agreed with the staff to leave us some food earlier in the fridge which worked well.
