Dreamland oasis in Chakvi

Great apartment, host responsive, had everything we needed in the apartment, territory amazing as expected. Overall, very good for a family stay

The fridge broke down the next day after check in and could not get it fixed.

Best part is this oasis - a big, gated and guarded area with great pools, parks, private beach, bars and cafes, sculpture park, dancing fountains and endless other facilities. Few parking options, including paid inside parking or free outside street parking. ~10 min walk to local town center for market, cafes,shops.

Small ants in apartment (mostly kitchen)- no big deal but could be dealt with.

Dreamland Oasis in Chakvi is really Oasis, like a fairy tail, Black sea coast, great gardens, great beaches, everything you need to spend your vacation or make your work in the DREAM! The property is very well equipped and you have everything for a short stay.

Cleaning service needs to be better in an Apartment.

Contact with the host by email through Booking.com was fine. We got answers to all questions in time. Accommodation on arrival worked perfectly well. Hotel complex is in the middle of huge garden, very well kept. Good sweeming pools, free change of towels evert day by the pool. Good beach, very close to the hotel buildings. Calm warm sea, clean water, few people on the beach. Outside hotel complex in 400 m distance - shopping center of Chakvi with lot of food stores and food market, plenty of unexpensive fruits and vegetables. nice restaurant CHANMPION in less than 1 km from the hotel, inexpensive, good food and live music. Very nice helpful people.

Apartment had formally all elements listed on Booking.com BUT 1) Washing machine did not work, we asked to repair, no answer from the owner, hotel confirmed that it is broken, we applied to owner for compensation, no answer. 2) There is just ONE set of bed clothes and towels. Bed clothes change costs 10 euro. No info how to arrange the change. We asked, were told to wait for pickup and delivery in 3 hours, paid, waited, nothing happened. Went to reception again to remind - at 3 pm, found that they could not come in, now they will but will wash THESE dirty bed clothes and give them back, waited 4 hours before we got them back, had no chance to use the bed during day. 3) Upon arrival there was no toalett paper and incomplete set of towels. Asked owner 3 times, finally went to reception and asked in person, got both after 12 hours waiting (without toalett paper). Cannot imagine hotel or hotel apartments rented without toa papper! 4) No dusch gel, no soap, nothing to wash the dishes. There is a micro, but no micro owen container or cover for the plates. Asked the owner, was told that we need to buy them from reception or buy outside. 5) Apartment has no info folder describing facilities and how the hotel is run, not how to get-leave free towels, how to change the bed clothes, nothing about "no cash" system in the hotel, nothing about sport facilities. 6) Apartment faces two swimming pools - on the left and on the right. Music by the pool started at 10 am and ended at 7 pm and was so loud that it came through closed windows, impossible to have any rest inside during day untill it is switched off. 7) Owner stopped answering our questions and helping with the problems as soon as we have paid for the apartment, by day 3.
