The location of the property is very convenient to travelers. There’s a mall beside it, walking distance to old town and the staff are accomodating.

The location was brilliant, just a couple minute walk to centre Old Town so great value for money. The included breakfast was good. The pool was a lovely addition.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the shower and bathroom in the en-suite rooms were very small.

Pool had food in it and was kinda gross the one night we tried to swim, also very cold

I enjoyed the pool, the cappuccino machine and the extended breakfast time. I also liked that the bathroom was inside of the room instead of being shared with the entire hostel. It was also perfected located.

The staff stiffed me on one nights stay. I tried to alter my dates of stay 2 weeks in advance from 4 nights to 3 nights. They waited until the week prior to my stay to say no and charged me for a night that I didn't want and wouldn't refund my money. I had a free cancellation up to the day prior to my stay so asking to shorten my days 2 weeks in advance should not have been rejected. They simply just did not want to lose on one nigh accommodation. In addition, I asked for a late check out because my flight was in the late day and you would think because they charged me for a night I told them I didn't need that they would accommodate me but no they made me check out at my original time and leave my luggage in the storage area. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and I'll never book with them again because of this inflexibility. Also, there is no elevator and there many stairs you have to carry your luggage up (they don't help you). The beds are super hard every morning I woke up with an aching back.
