    I would like to share my disappointment with Agoda, not the hotel. On the day I made my booking, I kept encountering errors while using the Agoda platform. When I tried again, I did not realise that the booking date had changed to another day. After confirming the booking, I noticed that the date was not the one I intended to book. I immediately made a new booking for the correct date. When I contacted The Tint at Phuket Town, the receptionist and person in charge were very helpful. They informed me that if Agoda sent them a cancellation request, they would be willing to approve the cancellation and refund. The receptionist also mentioned that I should have contacted the hotel directly, as they could have helped me change the date without needing to make a new booking. I continued contacting Agoda for assistance, but Agoda replied that the “partner” did not agree to the refund. I would like to know who this “partner” refers to, as the hotel informed me that they did not receive any cancellation request from Agoda and that they were willing to help. The hotel has shown understanding and was willing to support the customer, but Agoda still refused my fee waiver request. I do not understand why Agoda could not proceed with the cancellation when the hotel had already agreed to it. As a loyal Agoda customer, I feel very disappointed that my case was not handled with more understanding and flexibility. This experience has affected my trust in Agoda, and I may consider using other booking platforms in the future. I hope Agoda will review this matter seriously and improve the way customer requests are handled.

    Very good price. Good location and we were surprised to find that there was a free breakfast and loads of snacks and drinks included.

    It’s a good location just walking distance to Phuket town 10-15mins only. Hotel provide coffee drinks, bread, fruits and snacks for check in guests. Room doesnt provide toothbrush but u can get free comb, cotton bud from reception counter.
