The staff was great, great service. The room is very modern and sleek. Location is also great, very convenient from the national park door.
The bathroom layout was quite unusual, as it was located directly behind the bed. There was also no door separating the toilet from the rest of the room, which made it pretty uncomfortable to use the bathroom when someone else was in the room.

Amazing mountain views in the hotel. Super nice staff, very helpful. Big room with panoramic windows. Quiet and calm area. Tasty breakfast.
Unfortunately, our room didn’t have full panoramic view as on photos because of tall bamboo which blocks the scenery.
Hotel located in the village and someone from nearby was burning the garbage once in the evening, there was a bad smell in the room. But hotel can’t impact on it.

- staff were amazing, really helped out with any queries we had and was a beautiful view/location
- hotel pickup from airport which was handy
- beautiful scenery
I felt like the room wasn’t cleaned the best, when I first arrived there were marks on the mirrors/sink
Toilet kept flooding on the floor and had a really weird smell
Toilet positioned awkwardly too
Dead bugs in the shower
Overall wasn’t cleaned to a high standard
