The property is beautiful and comfortable. The women that received me were very accommodating, respectful and super helpful. They made my stay wonderful and very comfortable. The food was also wonderful although I would recommend smaller portions for solo travelers. They picked me up at the station and provided transportation to and from the park. Incredible place. It was peaceful, clean, comfortable and beautiful. I cannot recommend it enough.

The location is perfect, only 2 minutes from the nearest park entrance. The views from the hotel are stunning and the rooms themselves are great. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they really made our stay.

Some small housekeeping things could be improved, like keeping shower gel in the rooms topped up, or keeping noise in the corridor outside rooms down.

The staff were incredible, I can't thank you enough for all the advice and help planning our holiday. We would not have had such full experience without your assistance. The area was beautiful and the hotel had everything we wanted. The food was excellent, compliments to the chef.

Nothing.

Nada! Tudo foi perfeito!
