El personal es maravilloso. Te hacen sentir muy a gusto y no tenerte que preocupar por nada: te recogen en la estación y te llevan y recogen a la entrada de Tianmen. El desayuno y la cena, muy buenos. Nos encantó quedarnos aquí.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The owner truly pays attention to the guests and makes sure everyone feels welcome and well cared for. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Overall experience exceeded our expectations. Another great advantage is the location, which is very close to one of the area's major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing.

Que nos vinieran a buscar a la estación de tren y nos llevarán y nos recogieran en la montaña de Tianmen
El trato es como muy robótico, la explicación para la montaña de Tianmen muy rápida, el desayuno pobre, creo que si eres chino el trato es diferente, aunque tratan de ser simpáticos y amables.
