I had to give 10 because of these perfect things:
- communication with the owner (she responds promptly to all inquiries),
- location (literally 2-3 minutes to metro line M3),
- cleanliness,
- quietness of apartment,
- perfect Wi-Fi connection,
- good air conditioning and
- all the little things you have available in the apartment (hair dryer, iron, coffee machine, toiletries, etc.).
A big plus is cheap parking, on the street, in the shade, which is free on weekends.
I don't want to lower the rating, but I would change the bed, it was too hard for us, although we slept well (maybe it's a consequence of the 15-20 kilometers we walked around the city every day) :-)

Restaurant La Corte Etterem 350 m von der Unterkunft entfernt.
72 Stunden Karte für den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Achtung, es wird jeden Tag ausgiebig kontrolliert!
Die Regale über dem Bett sind sehr unglücklich angebracht.
Ein Stöpsel im Waschbecken fehlt.

Egyszerű, tiszta, minden szükségessel felszerelt szálláshely. Közelben a metró, néhány üzlet, pékség, a sarkon friss zöldség, gyümölcs, kis fagyizó.
A szállásadó hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szomszédok is kedvesek.
Csak ajánlani tudom olyan utazóknak, akik nem luxuslakosztályra vágynak, csak egy nett kis lakásra kiváló jellemzőkkel!
Biztos fel tudnék sorolni pár apró hiányosságot, de tisztában vagyok azzal, hogy a pénzemért még így is többet kaptam, mint amire számítottam!

Átutazáshoz tökéletes volt. Mindennel felszerelt, amire csak szüksége lehet az embernek (hűtő, mikró, kávéfőző, zuhany, mosógép stb.) Csendes, jól megközelíthető helyen, ragyogó tisztasággal. Ildikó nagyon kedves, segítőkész és rugalmas volt a beköltözés időpontjával is. Szerintem fogunk még találkozni. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek.
Nem volt ilyen, mindennel meg voltam elégedve.
