Excellent apartment, very spacious, great garden, balcony, table tennis, bikes etc, good location. There are plenty of facilities around and walkable to Cascais centre and beaches. The owner was very attentive and would commend him on his service.

Our stay at Pine Tree Villa in Cascais was delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were received by the owner Jorge, who was really invested in welcoming us to the property and explaining how everything worked. We were also impressed by the comfort and quality of the apartment, providing us a cozy and stylish space to unwind for our Christmas vacation, with plenty of room for relaxation. The amenities were outstanding. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Each room was big and had it's own bathroom, and Jorge even provided us with a crib for our 10 month-old baby! The highlight for us was the fantastic outdoor area, where we spent hours enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The ping pong table was a perfect addition, providing endless entertainment for us during our downtime. Overall, our stay was incredibly relaxing, and we would highly recommend Pine Tree Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay in Cascais. The combination of the spacious apartment, thoughtful amenities, and outdoor space made for an unforgettable experience.

I will only suggest to add heating in the bathrooms, specially for the winter season where it can get quite cold, but the rest of the apartment is well heated and the temperature remains stable during the day and night.
