The apartment was very well equipped and, other than a slightly small kitchen, it was spacious and comfortable. The pool area, again small, but really nicely designed. It was very clean and there's plenty of outdoor space. The laundry room was a very practical and appreciated bonus.
The surrounding area very peaceful and easy access to bakery and supermarket.
Some furnishings need to be updated - the curtains in the main bedroom didn't cover the window, we needed extra pillows, there a was damage to a wardrobe door - small things but if they were addressed they'd make a big difference.

The place was comfortable, was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed.

It was a nice and quite area.
All was good just to be aware that you will have your stay in a second floor. In the other floors were living other guests. For the kitchen utilities maybe a bread knife would be a good idea. Besides that all good.
