Die Art und Weise der Bezahlung war irritierend. Es wird nicht über booking.com die Bezahlung abgewickelt, sondern man erhält via email oder WhatsApp einen Link zum bezahlen. Das irritierte mich so sehr, dass ich die booking.com Hotline anrief, die mir allerdings auch keine große Hilfe war. Außerdem muss man sich online mit Foto und Pass anmelden. Diese Anmeldung muss für jedePerson erfolgen und dauert ewig bis alle Eingabefelder befüllt und Bilder hochgeladen sind. Aus meiner Sicht viel zu kompliziert und so noch nie erlebt.

You need to pay a safety deposit in advance, which is fully refunded if there’s no damage or issues. Everything went smoothly for us.

Modern, clean, roomy, comfortable

Kitchen equipment was minimal - although there was electrical items, could do with some mixing bowls and serving dishes.

קודם תהליך הרישום שלהם, שהכל מתבצע מחוץ לבוקינג. שולחים קישור בנפרד לתשלום, וגם צריך עוד 150 יורו פיקדון. בתהליך הרישום ביקשו לסרוק דרכונים ותמונה אישית של כל אחד מאיתנו שזה היה בלתי נתפס בכלל, אחר כך היה צריך לאסוף את המפתח ממקום מסויים ולנסוע לקשקאיש למיקום הדירה. אם לא היה לנו אוטו היינו אוכלים אותה, הדירה בקומה 3 ללא מעלית, איכשהו צלחתי את זה בהריון בחודש 7. ואז הגענו לדירה היינו 5 אז הבן ישן על הספה ובחדרי השינה לא היה חימום!!!! טמפרטורה 6 ואין חימום, לא תת רצפתי, לא מזגן לא רדיאטור, פנינו אליהם ושלחו שמיכה קטנה ואפילו לא פליז. עזבנו לפני המועד בסוף כי הקור היה בלתי נסבל והתשובה שלהם שאין מה לעשות.
