Bethlehem Terrace

Amazing location, 3 bdrms, 2 bath recently remodeled with a beautiful view of most of the gorgeous city. There was a large balcony, plenty of furniture and dishes/cooking items. The rooms were clean and mostly comfortable. Several outdoor locations to enjoy. The owners are personable and happy to help with even little needs - just give them a little time and it's taken care of.

The access is up old streets only locals should drive, and many stairs. But the view and place is worth the climb. Beds are a little creaky, but sturdy.

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The apartment itself is a real gem. Despite being in the old town, there is everything you need in the apartment — modern facilities, comfortable beds, an equipped kitchen, electrical appliances, and spotless bathrooms. Everything is clean and stylish. One of the most unforgettable points is the breathtaking views — both day and night! You can see the whole city spread out below. Stunning! But what truly made our stay special were the wonderful hosts - incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — from useful tips about the city to arranging small details that made us feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality touched our hearts.

The location was exceptional, the views were picturesque, and the accommodation was beautiful, clean and very comfortable for our group of six.

Expect stairs! It is not possible to reach the place in a car as it is on a steep hillside with stairs, but vehicles can come close enough on Gomri Street. Still, stairs.

Великолепное расположение апартаментов. Вид с балкона такой, что на нем можно сидеть и наслаждаться всем городом, который раскинулся внизу. Воздух потрясающий, шума города не слышно, тишина и покой. Кто выберет этот вариант зимой или осенью, имейте ввиду, что наверху чуть холоднее, чем внизу. Думаю , отличный вариант для жаркого лета. Очень хорошая квартира для 4-5-6 человек. Два душа и туалета,что тоже важно для большой компании. Хозяева живут этажом ниже и всегда на связи. Мы отдыхали семьёй 4 человека, нам очень понравилось всё! Если поедем семьёй, то обязательно вернёмся в это прекрасное место над Тбилиси. Деда Картли находится чуть выше прямо над домом и мы однажды спустились от нее к дому по лестницам. Всё очень понравилось, всем рекомендую.

Нельзя сказать, что это не понравилось, это скорее предупреждение для пожилых людей с больными суставами - нужно подниматься вверх либо по лестнице, либо по улицам, с довольно крутым подъёмом. Но есть и бонус - можно есть вкусностей сколько угодно, пока подниметесь, все колории сгорят😊
