The Boutique Cruise

Boat was lovely and cabins were spacious.

The boat is getting in need of some routine maintenance, but nothing serious. My only negative comment is the multiple announcements being made early in the morning which made sleeping in impossible even though we had a sick child.

-kayaking tour -bike ride -great view from the room -extremely friendly, hardworking staff and crew on the boat -wide variety of seafood for dinner meal

-There were loose, broken, and missing wooden floor boards on the top deck. -missing knob for bedside table in our room -No one greeted us upon arrival at the boat launch- lots of confusion about where to go and what group we were with, even though we were picked up by a driver on behalf of cozy cruise. -We were picked up with another couple from their hotel and they were greeted and told where to go, while we were ignored. -Additional money is needed to buy water and soda/juice at meal time. We completely understand not including alcoholic beverages in the price of the cruise, but water and juice/soda at meals should be factored into the cost of the cruise. We opted not to buy any drink for this reason. -I expressed these concerns to a Cozy Cruise representative a few days after the cruise when she reached out to me to see how it went. No one from the company responded after I shared my experience.

the staff were very nice

the room was not clean at all, the bathroom was terribly dirty and I informed the staff and they basically did nothing. food was not very good and the entire journey felt rushed
