everything was great, the host is friendly and helpful. the process is smooth, the house is clean and in perfect condition, got mamak downstairs, a place to eat at night. the price is affordable and worth the value. idk much about the apartment facilities but got guard securing the lift's door and at the parking spot
got a small cockroach a the living room, idk where it went but it didn't disturb us that much

Great location. Great apartment. Excellent value for money. Very clean and modern. Stayed a week.

If you are checking in late, it is a struggle, we had to speak to the security who did not understand English to find the post box in which they had put the access card.
We found cockroaches in the living room as soon as we arrive, the towels smelled and the sheets weren't very clean, water from the tap in the kitchen sink was very less, we couldn't even wash coffee mugs.
