1. The fridge is sometimes noisy, so I have to close the bedroom doors at night;
2. There is only one set of keys available, so it was not easy to enter / exit separately;
3. Minor: The LG hot water dispenser sometimes doesn't boil;
4: Minor: The kitchen drawers bang into the fridge handle;
5: Minor: The safe (deposit box) does not work. But the flat itself feels secure enough;
6. Minor: The design of the building driveway itself is confusing, if you have friends picking you up by car. They don't know where to turn in from the road, due to small signage.

Nice apartment; spacious bedroom and bathroom; complex itself has many facilities nearby including supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and others. Clear instructions provided for many of the things people may be confused about when entering a property for the first time.
Only a few little things: fridge noisy during the night, some other 'sounds' during the night (water sounds).

Very clean,cozy and comfortable. The place is strategically located where shops and restaurants are just a walking distance away. Love the views and the owner very friendly and responsive. Would certainly comeback and recommend to anyone.
Parking space - it would be great if the accommodation reserved or comes with parking spot, because it would be costly to park the whole day/night.
