Very clean, well-equipped and spacious room.
Good location.
Prompt service.
Upbeat cafe for breakfast.
Room cleaning was done efficiently upon request.
Ali and the reception staff were helpful with sharing information and for anything needed in the room.
Limited breakfast with the room. Choose 1 option out of 5 set meals and 1 beverage out of 3. It is isn't really filling. You may need to purchase more.
There should be more staff members available to help with baggage during check-in and check-out.

Julia and Ali were great, quick to respond to every request. The place was great - pool and gym were very good and Sri Hartimas and the surrounding area full of great restaurants and cafe, bakery etc.
Nothing to complain about at all. Enjoyed our stay.

We decided not so stay due the bed being FAR too firm and un suitable for my wife's back condition.
We thought it was an apartment hotel, but we had to go to the mini-mart for the keys and vouchers were given for breakfast in an adjacent coffee shop.
