Prima Vista Beachfront Boutique Hotel

Fantastic view, access to beach and beautiful pool. Room was spotless and great service

Only thing that was missing was some plates, bowls and cutlery in the kitchenette.

Close to the beach, very clean

“I really liked the driver who took us to and from the pool, and I also loved the view from the balcony.”

Hello, I chose your hotel mainly because of the room I saw presented on Booking.com. The room looked beautiful, modern and very clean. This was the main reason I decided to book your hotel, even though I could have found cheaper accommodation. Unfortunately, the room we received was not in the same condition as it was presented in the photos on Booking.com. It was the same room, but there were several pieces of furniture and other elements that were different from what was shown in the photos. Moreover, the most serious issue was the cleanliness. We found spider webs, a large cockroach, and another insect/worm inside the room. This was very disappointing and absolutely did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this level. We paid €791 for our stay and chose this hotel specifically because of the quality and appearance of the room shown on Booking.com. If we had known the actual condition of the room, we would have chosen different and possibly cheaper accommodation. For this reason, we are requesting a significant partial refund of the amount we paid. Considering the difference between what was presented on Booking.com and the actual condition of the room, we do not believe it is fair to pay the full amount of €791. I have photos and videos documenting these issues, and I can provide them if required. We hope you will take our complaint seriously and offer us a fair solution.
