Welcome to the "Fig Tree Villas" property, nestled in the picturesque village of Sivota, Greece. Our property consists of three villas: Villa Gallica, Villa Ida, and Villa Gaia. Each house offers a peacefull escape with its own pool, balconies, and stunning views of the Ionian Sea. Additionally, free private parking is available for guests.
Villa Gallica is a testament to comfort and well-being. The three bedrooms are spread throughout the house and offer beautiful sea views. Each of them has a terrace where you can read quietly and isolate yourself. There are 3 bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Around the 12-square-meter pool, you can enjoy the sun or take shelter under the patio.
At sunset, unwind in the peaceful garden with an aperitif before savoring a delicious dinner. The unique decor, created by the owner, a Belgian antique dealer, adds charm and character to Villa Ida.
Although secluded and peaceful, the Fig Tree Villas are ideally located just 700 meters from the port and center of Sivota. You can enjoy authentic Greek cuisine in traditional restaurants, engage in leisure activities such as boat rental and water sports, or simply soak up the lively atmosphere of this charming village. Moreover, you can walk to Bella Vraka beach, which is a 5-minute walk away.
For those arriving by plane, Corfu International Airport is only 65 kilometers away, providing easy access to our idyllic haven. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, Fig Tree Villas offer the perfect setting for an unforgettable Greek getaway.

Dominique was extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early & check out late which was just brilliant The villa has an excellent location, just a short walk from Bella Vraka beach & only 10 minutes walk into Sivota with all the shops & restaurants The outside space is a highlight, a lovely garden & pool area with views to the sea. The villa itself is slightly odd with one bedroom on each floor, and a plastic spiral staircase linking the floors (would not recommend for small children) The washing machine situation is also odd as it seems to be shared by 3 villas & also all the laundry so is often full / in usePool towels are provided We stayed 6 nights but no cleaning / clean towels offeredI think it is quite expensive

we stayed in Dominique's house in 4 adults and two children aged 5 and 11
Dominique's house is spread over 3 floors. each floor has its own bedroom and bathroom. on the ground floor there is the kitchen with large fridge, coffee machine, induction hobs, oven and even a dishwasher. downstairs there is also a living room while upstairs a large patio with deck chairs to admire a breathtaking view.
there are air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room. although we were in August it was enough to use only the blades for ventilation. the outside is even better than the inside with a spectacular swimming pool for private use. there are deck chairs, umbrellas and a patio where you can delight yourself by preparing dinners and lunches. to keep you company there is a wonderful little dog who is very calm and doesn't bother you at all and who kept us company for our stay. attention to the washing machine which is not for private use but shared with another house and which you do not manage independently but a Mimosa who takes care of the cleaning at the beginning of your stay helps you. you leave the box in front of the washing machine with things to wash and she inserts them. overall a fantastic house, large with an indescribable sight and minutes away from the most beautiful beach that of bella vraka one of a kind beach. Dominique also let us park not one but two cars as parking is not easy to find in the area. thanks to Dominique and congratulations on your home. See u Soon
