Képos Villas Sivota

La villa è fatta molto bene e con prodotti di qualità. Curata in ogni dettaglio. È tutto molto pulito e sempre in ordine , la posizione della struttura è molto vicina al centro ed al lungomare infatti non abbiamo mai utilizzato l’auto per uscire a Sivota. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole soggiornare a Sivota, la villa è adatta a 3 coppie poiché sono presenti 3 camere con 3 bagni privati

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully taken care of. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. Everything felt brand new, from the furnishings to the appliances, making our stay even more comfortable. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. What truly made the difference, though, was the hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely at home. It's one of those places where you can simply relax without having to think about anything. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway.

I cannot recommend Képos enough. The villas have a great esthetic, the garden/ pool was amazing, everything was spotless clean and every little detail was thought through. The furniture/ kitchen equipment/ electronics all were brand new, linens luxurious, beds comfortable. There was not a single thing in terms of amenities we were missing and not a single thing looked out of place or mismatched. The owners were very hospitable and nice and they clearly have poured a lot of soul behind this. The villas are in the center of the village but still very quiet. We loved our stay there and would love to come back next year.

This is a brand-new villa complex, and it really shows in every detail. The villas have been stylishly designed by the owner's daughter, an architect, creating spaces that feel modern, elegant, and perfectly connected to the surrounding nature. Everything is thoughtfully planned, making it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. For families, it's an absolute oasis. The peaceful setting, spacious outdoor areas, and safe environment make it ideal for guests with children, who have plenty of room to play while parents can truly unwind. What made our stay even more special was the warmth of the hosts. Their kindness extended not only to their guests but also to the local stray cats, who were clearly cared for and well looked after. As animal lovers, this meant a lot to us and reflected the compassion and generosity that define the whole place. Kepos Villas offers much more than beautiful accommodation—it provides a welcoming atmosphere where thoughtful design, family-friendly comfort, and genuine care come together. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sivota. We can't wait to return!
