Syvana Exquisite Villas

the villa is equipped with everything you need, clean, cozy and modern. But the view is the most beautiful you could ask for. Located in the center of the best area. We received extraordinary service from Demitra, we felt like we were being taken care of 24/7. We will go back there soon. Highly recommend.

The road to the villa through the mountain is a bit bumpy.

Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday! The house is modern, spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with every comfort you could need. The pool was exceptionally clean and maintained every day. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to the beaches and restaurants. The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely fantastic. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Syvana Exquisite Villas — and “Exquisite” is the perfect word to describe it. The villa, outdoor area, and pool are absolutely stunning. Everything is modern, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the views are simply breathtaking. Each evening we enjoyed watching the sun set over the sea, and later, sitting by the outdoor fireplace while taking in the lights of Syvota. The property manager, Dimitra, was exceptional. She was kind, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed, from the very beginning until the end of our stay. The property was also kept spotless, with cleaning every three days. We cannot recommend Syvana Exquisite Villas highly enough — it was an unforgettable experience.

The last 20 meters leading to the villa are along a fairly steep dirt road that can be a bit bumpy. This was not problem for us but just something to be aware of.
