Beautiful views, great location.

Always loved the mermaid when stayed near by. So thought we would book. Nice big pool. Studio apartments great shower and kitchenette. Loved the balcony view. Very comfortable Lovely hosts. Perfect location near tavernas 15 walk up the beach.

It was amazing!

The location, was excellent to pick the busses. Also it was next to the other places like beaches and the aquarium. The room was really comfortable, and the pool was so fun to swim in. But the people where so sweet, I'm really glad I choose to stay here. I loved how they took care of everyone including me as well. I'm really happy with these new memories. :) I definitely recommend this place! Even for solo travellers.

We love the Mermaid!

We love everything about the Mermaid. Studio is lovely and clean. Pool is immaculate! Noufris and Maria are extremely friendly and helpful :)

Great location and comfortable accommodation

Great location and a huge swimming pool. Plenty of parking on the property. Basic accommodation, but reasonable price for the area, and small kitchenette if needed.

Amazing hosts and accommodation we will be back!!

We loved everything, Nufris and Maria are the most accommodating people. They really are the best hosts, the facilities were fantastic and the pool was very lovely to have on a hot day. The pool table we loved to use as a family and Nufris provided great food and drinks from the snack bar. Maria made beautiful towel arrangements and they both helped with anything we needed or asked about.

Nothing, we will be back that’s how much we enjoyed our stay and are sad to leave.

Wrong contact number on booking .com. Host did not meet us at midnight and we couldn’t avail of our first nights stay 😢

We really liked the pool area and the area was great but only because we rented a car otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable to walk to different beaches in the heat!!

The host did not meet us the night of our arrival even though we contacted them to say we would be arriving at midnight. They tried to say they waited up for us but no one came but we were around the pool area and bar area from mist night up to 3AM and we called THE NUMBER PROVIDED WAS INCORRECT! Eventually we decided to sleep in our rental car as it wouldn’t have been worth paying in another hotel. The hosts apologised and only offered free coffee. Very disappointing. Other than this everything was satisfied but beware if you are arriving late!!! 🙁

The room was clean, comfortable, pleasant. But outdated. The pool was great. Big, clean, nice surrounding. A bit busy during the day since it is open to public.

The owner was nice but his wife was very unpleasant. She never said hi to us, not even returned hello, turning her head the other way round. The room we got did not have any view. So instead of the majority of rooms overlooking beautiful greenery and pool we got a room looking at the bar wall. Disappointing.

The pool area is great. A big pool and pool bar. Plenty of sun beds too! Beds were comfortable and veranda was nice to sit outside. The host was nice and available all day.

The toilet wasn’t great at flushing! The utilities are also a little dated and not a lot of room but can be used for simple easy cooking.

Solo traveler

Friendly and helpful management, after I booked sent me transport information that was cheaper than anything I found on the Internet. Cleaned my room during my stay. Free wifi, air conditioning, sunbeds and pool. Pool can save your holiday in case of bad weather. Bar prices reasonable. Natural beaches nearby.I recommend for vacationers and travellers too.

Amazing place

We had the best stay at Mermaid Studios. The place is very great value for money. The studio has everything you need and the bed was very comfy. The pool area is quiet, very nice and clean. The fact that it's situated a bit above the road gives you privacy. The pool itself is pretty big with various depths and the water was perfect. For the food we didn't eat only the continental breakfast which was good, but the cocktails were delicious (there is also a wide variety of them). The last but not least the owner is amazing. Very friendly and always ready to help you. He even taught us some greek words. When we'll be back in Corfu we'll stay here again for sure!

The complex is nice place with swimmingpool and bar, its quite and not owercrowded, the room was confortable, clean, with balcony with view to swimmingpool, atound you have cafe, restaurants and also supermarket, to get to port you need car or moto, nice offer for nice price, we recommend it

We definitely enjoyed the stay there and greetings to the host.

Friendly and very helpful host. Big and clean swimming pool. Everything what is needed is there - small oven, fridge, kitchen accessories, safety box etc. Air conditioning working fine and included in the price. The room is simple but very clean, also the surrounding area and swimming pool are clean and we felt comfortable. The location is also very good (in my opinion Paleokastritsa is the nicest part of Corfu) and close to taverna, supermarket (small) and a bus stop. There is also a bar in the hotel, so you can order drinks or food (the best fresh squeezed orange juice). You need to take 0.8-2 km walk or take a bus to get to the beaches but at least you can try all of them. I really enjoyed the stay there.

The pillows are not very comfortable. The towels were not changed (6 days, not sure for 100% as they were still clean - I used private towels for outdoor activities) or room cleaned but for me it wasn't so important. I guess you can ask for it for an extra but reasonable price if needed.

Lovely ‘feel good&relaxed’ accomodation

The owner Nyfris is the nicest person on Corfu! Just like his sister. They make you feel so welcome. The pool is beautiful and so big! All around are lovely seats, hamnocks and loungers. The view on the hills and rocks is beautiful. The barprices are very good: half a liter of wine for 5 euros and a pint of beer costs 3,50 but moreover you get service with a smile. The studio has a nice balcony with comfotable chairs and in the kitchen you find absolutely everything to cook a proper meal. Good shower and good bed. We are happy we booked Mermaid!! A suggestion: walk up the hill to village Lakones. It takes 50 minutes slow walking but you get the most beautiful view ever on the rooftopterrace of Dolce (Bellavista).
