Horrible Staff

The place itself was okay for the money.

Such a shame, as our experience was ruined by the woman on the front desk. She was extremely rude and showed no compassion at all. My sister has a chronic disease, which caused us to check out slightly late. When I explained this, she bluntly replied, “I don’t care” and insisted there was a fine for the late checkout. To make matters worse, she withheld our IDs until we paid this so-called “fine,” which felt completely inappropriate and intimidating. Very unprofessional, nasty behaviour, and not how guests should be treated.

A great place for a few nights.

We had a great stay, the room was comfortable & clean. Staff were friendly. The property is about 15 minute walk from Ao Nang so it was very quiet.

There wasn’t many sun loungers by the pool. Not an issue for us but no restaurant on site.

My take on the Phu Dalha

The staff is friendly and I cannot fault them.

I will not recommend the property for holiday purposes if you are expecting a family holiday experience. The vibe is that of a residence and that is indicative in its name and I should have expected such. I may however rate it good for transit puposes but certainly not longer than a day or so. As always - as also can be expected - the photos on the sites are a bit misleading but I guess thats how it works and you need to be prepared to accept that what you get is rarely what is advertised. That is especially evident in Thailand where tourism is a major economic contributor and geared to extract the maximum return. Pool area is also not a very nice area with what I will dare to call a ouright dangerous pathway to the pool area We booked and paid for 4 nights but only stayed for 2 which should tell you my story...... but like I said its good for a night or so for transit not a holiday

swimming pool schedule - closes at 20:00…, our room was dirty and when we asked for cleaning time time, no one cleaned, they give you ONLY one tower pp, we booked a motorbike with them and the motorbike had a broken brake which we experienced in a really bad way…

Quiet and relxing

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Staff was extremely helpfull (they answered all our questions, even if they had to search for the answer, they came back to us the following day; when our safe box wasnt working, they replaced it immediatelly). The pool was superb, opened until 8pm, so we had a blast swimming at night. There is also a gym with a great view. Cleaning is available daily, with complimentary water refilling and tea/coffee set replenished as well. Wifi was working well. For us, it was good the hotel is located a bit off the main highstreet, as the area was more quiet, and we did not mind walking 10-15 min to the beach.

The only thing we did not like was a bit of smell from the AC, but it wasnt something unbearable.

The advertised “complimentary shuttle” didn’t exist, the room was not what we ordered (though I believe that was a booking .com error) staff though friendly were incapable of completing or understanding minor requests it seemed, had to ask for the correct amount of towels almost everyday since our room was only made up twice in 5 days, toilet paper wasnt replaced so had to get more, Beds were like concrete, honestly the hardest mattresses I’ve ever come across, shower was broken so we had to fix it to use it as reception had no idea what we were asking of them, water was cold most of the time though that wasn’t all bad, couch was not a fold out bed as advertised, my booking even said 3 beds, there was 2

The room was nice had all the extras like a lounge balcony even a microwave. X2 TV's no Netflix though. Very modern and very clean. How ever there was a light cable dangling in shower. Had a pool also.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, STAFF RUDE AND REFUSE TO HELP, DIRTY, UNCLEANED, MOULDY, CHARGED LARGE DEPOSIT.

Nothing, tried to save money and stay somewhere cheap like this place, 0/10, this place should be taken off booking sites, it is seriously that bad, the hotel itself is inaccessible as anything, down the bottom of a windy driveway on a hill, they charge you a large deposit in cash only, these people are scammers and don't deserve the business, read below as we had a horror stay at this place, worst place I have ever been, including hostels and camping...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Everything was DIRTY AND UNCLEANED, there was BLOOD in the bed blanket, but HIDDEN on the inside of it, instead of cleaning, they hide it, we noticed it at the night around 8pm, staff were there but refused to replace the blanket, told us that even though there are staff there 24 hours housekeeping was closed, we told them to give us a fresh clean blanket, it wasn't us that dirtied the blanket with the blood on it, they kept refusing to help, even tried to say the DIRTY OLD DRIED UP BLOOD was somehow from my wife, just so EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional, unhelpful, we will never stay here again, they also have false advertising and they charged us a 3000 BAHT DEPOSIT! for a 3 night stay, pretty sure that it is illegal when it's not disclosed beforehand, and an outrageous amount. The walls had large patches of BLACK MOULD on them, dirty and unsafe, very poorly maintained rooms and it shows, the manager is also very rude and unhelpful, We travelled with our family and their rooms also had large patches (20cm across) of black mould and had dirt and blood on blankets as well, I really am concerned about who stays here as it seems like this place is a haven for people who have been stabbed, so much blood, it is ridiculous. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WE WARN OTHERS NOT TO!

On the 2nd day, my girlfriend pulled 12 bedbugs out of herself in the morning. The pool is small with terrible chlorine, it is practically not cleaned, you swim as if in snot - your eyes are watering. The front desk staff is terrible - they lie all the time. you will not be given a second key. there is no restaurant at all, there is no one at the reception after 21 and it is simply closed until 8 am. This is not 4 stars, maximum one. After all these adventures, I decided to check out earlier, as it was impossible to live, but the hotel managers decided to appropriate the money for themselves. Are you ready for an unpleasant unforgettable journey?

Un bon appart/hotel mais il y a peut-être mieux pour le même prix

La tranquillité de l'emplacement l'hôtel est un peu excentré et a l'écart des routes très passante. L'accès à la piscine qui donne une belle vue sur la partie "verte" de Krabi. Presence d'un petite salle de sport suffisant pour s'entretenir durant les vacances. Le personnel agréable et réactif.

L'emplacement a ce côté agréable si on cherche le calme, mais le revers de la médaille c'est que l'on est assez loin de tout. Il faut avoir un véhicule ou bien soliciter la navette de l'hôtel a chaque fois. La propreté a certains endroits, les draps avaient des traces de café alors que nous n'avons pas bu de café au lit. Et dans notre chambre un liquide marron coulait de derrière un meuble de cuisine nous n'avons jamais su la raison et l'origine de ce liquide.

Hôtel au calme

- matelas très confortable, pas trop dur contrairement à beaucoup d’hôtels en Thaïlande - une insonorisation au TOP, rien à dire, nous n’avons rien entendu. - vue sur la végétation, très agréable - dame de l’accueil très gentille et serviable

Cependant, nous avons réservé en dernière minute (le jour même), notre chambre n’était pas prête alors que nous avions dépassé l’heure du Check-in. Nous avons dû attendre à notre arrivée à l’hôtel, par conséquent la chambre n’était pas nickel (odeur d’urine dans la SDB, téléphone collant et sentant la bière, des taches sur les portes..) l’hôtel dans son ensemble manque d’un grand coup de ménage, il semble être fait à la va vite.
