    If you just need a place to lay your head for a few hours, then it's a good option near the airport, but I would avoid. Unmaintained, no help from staff in carrying your luggage up the steps to get to the reception area, no free water, nothing.

    I stayed here for an extended period and unfortunately it was not worth it for a long stay. The flooring and wall panels were already damaged, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and there was often no hot water while showering. I had to turn off the water and wait for it to heat up again before continuing. Overall, the maintenance and facilities need improvement. It might be acceptable for a short stay, but I would not recommend it for longer stays.

    As a first-time solo international traveler, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing and stressful. I arrived early in the morning and went straight to the hotel to leave my luggage before check-in, as advertised. However, the owner’s wife insisted that I had no reservation, even after I explained that I had booked and paid through Agoda. It was only after I showed my booking reference and payment confirmation that they finally acknowledged my reservation. Since I had just arrived from a long flight, I asked if an early check-in room was available and was charged an amount higher than my original room rate. Unfortunately, the experience became even worse later that day. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I was leaving, they even stopped my Grab driver and spoke as if I had done something wrong, which was embarrassing and upsetting. This experience caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to solo travelers looking for a safe and welcoming stay.
