The place is good the photos of the room is not accurate.

Very cheap, but you get what you pay for. I have no idea how this place is so highly rated unless they have huge differences in how their rooms are maintained because my room does not match up with the high reviews here. I was in Saigon for a layover and got caught in a monsoon rainfall. I just wanted a place to dry off, shower and put on dry clothes before my flight. Came here as the reviews looked good and it was right by the airport and for less than *** i said sure why not. The room was very run down... The faucet in the bathroom would spin when I tried to turn on the water and there were ants crawling all over. The shower head would fall off the holder on the wall when the water was turned on. The grouting all over was black, just not a very clean feeling. After my shower as I was drying off, I could hear my door unlock and had to yell to say someone was here and they said sorry and I could hear them go into another room so maybe their card keys work for any room? I only needed the room for a couple hours, but if I was to stay the night I would probably reconsider and go somewhere else.

I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel through Agoda, choosing a Deluxe Triple Room with Park View. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The staff told us that, because we had booked through Agoda, we could only check in at exactly 2:00 PM. If we wanted to check in earlier, we would have to pay an additional 30% of the room rate. We accepted this and decided to go out for lunch and sightseeing until 2:00 PM. We returned about 30 minutes early and were happy to wait. However, even when it was almost 2:00 PM, the reception staff did not make any effort to invite us to complete the check-in process or collect our identification. They were simply sitting together and chatting. We had to approach them ourselves and ask to check in once it was already 2:00 PM. About 15 minutes after entering the room, my child complained that the bed was extremely hard and causing back pain. I checked and discovered that the extra bed was actually an old spring mattress, without a proper mattress protector, placed directly on a metal frame. I contacted reception and asked them to inspect the bed and change the room, as I had specifically booked a Deluxe Triple Room. The staff's response was cold and dismissive: “It was like that from the beginning, and this is what Agoda displays.” I simply cannot accept this kind of explanation or attitude. If a guest books a specific room type through Agoda, the hotel should take responsibility for providing what was advertised and should make a genuine effort to resolve any problem, rather than simply blaming Agoda. We were eventually transferred to another hotel in the same system, YOYO Hotel. There were two large beds, but unfortunately the quality was still only average. The beds were very hard, the bed sheets were old, the towels were rough, and the overall condition was far from what we expected. On the second day, we asked for fresh towels three times. On the third request, I eventually had to stand at the reception desk and wait personally just to get the towels. The attitude of the female receptionist at the second hotel was also extremely disappointing. Guests came and went, yet there was almost no acknowledgment, assistance, or basic hospitality. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in Ho Chi Minh City, especially after having many positive experiences at other hotels here. What disappointed me most was not only the condition of the rooms, but also the attitude of the staff, the lack of professionalism, and the way our concerns were handled. If you are considering staying here, especially if booking through Agoda, I strongly recommend that you check the actual room conditions, room type, and check-in policies very carefully before making your reservation.
