The Beach Retreat was central with stunning views. Good location, with parking a nice quirky place to stay

Très bien placé, accès direct à pied par un joli sentier côtier à St IVes, et aux plages, notamment celle de Carbis Bay.
Le gîte est situé dans une très belle propriété, parc magnifique, grands arbres, verger et vue splendide sur toute la baie.Le propriétaire Brian, très aimable nous a autorisé à utiliser à notre guise son beau parc.
Gîte très bien situé aussi pour visiter les nombreux jardins, St Michael’s Mount et toute la Cornouaille du Sud.
Bien que le gîte soit original, construit en forme de yourte, il reste très petit et trop sombre sous les grands arbres.

Fantastic location, on the coastal path , one way to StIves the other to Carbis bay,beautiful surroundings, some building work next door but we were out all day so wasn’t too bad

Very warm welcome by host, and always on hand when needed.
Beach retreat “ very awkward to live in, due to small kitchen area, and other places were to enclosed for you to move around freely. I feel this property would be better open plan.
Also needs a bit of work on the surrounding area I.e tree cutting, they take away all the light and makes it very dark inside.

"The location was super. A bit too shady but had use of extensive gardens to make up for it. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely views. Well stocked kitchen. Definitely recommend."
